Will you play special requests? 

Yes! We work with you to create music that is unique to you and your style. No two events are the same and we want to create an unforgettable atmosphere that reflects YOU! Please note that during the prelude and postlude, we like to stick to our standard repertoire with 2-3 special requests thrown in if desired. This allows us more time to devote to your ceremony selections. 

What kind of music will you play?

Anything! We specialize in classical music, but are comfortable playing all genres and styles!

Will you work with our Wedding Coordinator?

Yes! Please forward our phone number and email to your coordinator (and vice-versa). Be sure to CC email interactions to make sure your coordinator is filled in on all of the info that they might need to know.

When do we need to send the wedding music list?

We ask that all pieces be decided on and sent to us at least three weeks before your event. This ensures that we have enough time to rehearse your music, create arrangements/transcriptions, and prepare for your big day!

Will you travel to our event?

Yes! We will travel to you (within reason). Weddings outside 30 minutes driving time of the Chattanooga area will be subject to additional travel fees. Travel fees depend on the time it takes us to reach you and are not dependant on gas prices. We calculate the prices based off of average travel time from Chattanooga, TN.

Will you play for our rehearsal?

Yes, but on a case-by-case basis if our schedules allow, and only within 30 minutes of Chattanooga. To guarantee our rehearsal availability we ask that you let us know the date/time of the rehearsal at least three weeks ahead of time. Out of town rehearsals will be subject to the same travel fees as the day of your wedding.

Is the $75 reservation fee refundable? Does it count toward the final payment?

The $75 reservation fee is to secure your date in our schedule and is non-refundable. Your date will not be reserved in our calendar until we receive the reservation fee. It does not apply to the final payment. If for some reason we needed to cancel and miss your event after the reservation fee has been paid, you will be reimbursed via PayPal.

How do we pay the reservation fee or for the final cost?

We can either send you a PayPal invoice or you can mail us a check. Note that final payment MUST be received before the ceremony begins. We often have other engagements after the ceremony is over and need to leave in a timely manner (and can’t wait for someone to find the check).
